As the landscape architect, Steve was responsible for the landscape improvement plans for this residential development, by Newland American, that is located on 220 acres and contains 1,200 single- and multi-family dwellings.

Since this development is located adjacent to sensitive habitat which included many California native plant species it was important that the plant palette, including special seed mixes, reflected and protected this habitat. Steve prepared the construction documents for slope revegetation, riparian mitigation, and erosion control measures.
