As the landscape architect, Steve was responsible for preparing landscape construction documents for this 200-acre, residential development (655 dwelling units). The drawings included more than four miles of streetscape improvements including parkways and medians.

Also included within his scope were the landscape construction documents for the projects greenbelts, monuments, slopes, and riparian habitat revegetation. In addition, Steve provided construction management services.
